In this workshop, networking skills are practiced in a goal-oriented way based on real-life situations.

After this workshop, you:

• have practiced an introduction to small talk as well as ways of making contact and building relationships.
• know how to expand your network with regard to your career topics.
• have a concrete action plan to achieve your goals and develop your networking skills.

Are you starting to apply for an internship or a job and are you not quite sure how to present yourself effectively in an interview? Have you ever wondered how to answer a question like “what are your 3 weaknesses” Or “What is your biggest success?” Than you are invited to get the ball rolling, discuss your questions with experts and peers and implement the first changes to a more professional interview presence right away.

You have already registered for the "Crack the Case" training course or you are already familiar with solving case interviews in theory. You may already have case interview experience, but would like more routine. Then this workshop is the right place for you.
Together with a former consultant, you will complete a real case interview in a small group and also have the opportunity to take part in a 1: 1 simulation and thus gain valuable experience in dealing with nervousness and the obstacles and surprises of a live interview. You will receive feedback and tips on:

• the structure of your approach
• your way of finding a solution
• difficult situations in the interview.

Are you a student from the newer EU countries or the non-EU/EFTA area? If you plan to work in Switzerland during your studies or after graduation, it is important to be familiar with the respective residence and employment laws.

This session will be delivered by Attorney at Law Nina Perch-Nielsen from Blue Lake Legal, a company focused on Swiss immigration and is specifically designed for students interested in living and working in Switzerland that currently do not possess a work permit.
